Our team will review your insurance details to confirm coverage for autism services. We handle all communications with your insurance provider to verify eligibility and clarify any coverage details.

We obtain pre-authorization from your insurance company for a behavioral assessment. This step is crucial as it ensures that the assessment costs are covered under your plan.

A qualified behavior analyst will conduct an initial assessment of your child’s needs. Based on this evaluation, an Intake Report is created, outlining the recommended services and goals for therapy.

Using the Intake Report, we request authorization from your insurance provider for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. This step secures funding and approval to commence the therapy sessions tailored to your child's needs for 3 to 6 months.

Once authorization is received, ABA therapy sessions can begin. Our team of dedicated therapists will work with your child to achieve the best possible outcomes, based on the personalized treatment plan.
