Ying earned her Master’s degree in Human Development from the Warner School of Education and has worked in ABA since 2016 — beginning as an RBT and growing into clinical leadership. Her approach is rooted in transparency, collaboration, and bridging the gap between clinical goals and everyday family life.
Before joining Rori Care, Ying worked as a BCBA at Sunrise ABA and served as a mid-level Clinical Supervisor at Changs & Associates, where she led staff development, social skills groups, and individualized programming. Her strengths include functional assessments, parent training, and the use of tools like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS.
Ying is also trained in early intervention methodologies, has experience with school partnerships and IEP development, and has been part of long-term autism outcome studies. She is fluent in both technical execution and family-centered care — a combination that makes her a valued member of the Rori Care team.
